We are in the City 2 Surf!
Have you seen the Facebook live posts with our City2Surf coordinator extraordinaire? Dean McCrae has been “encouraging”, “guilt tripping” and generally doing whatever it takes to get a team road worthy for this years City 2 Surf on August 13 2023.
The run is considered the world's largest fun run with over 60,000 participants annually from serious athletes to people just committed to making the way around the 14km course from walkers, parents with strollers, wheelchairs to costume participants enjoying the atmosphere, with music and entertainment then length of the course and charitable contributions a key element for the event.
The Pro Patria team is welcoming anyone looking to support our great charity by joining us on the run through to welcoming donations as a show of support, our team will have a wonderful mixture of all fitness levels joining us on the day with casual runners and athletes along with veterans and supporters of various fitness levels and with approximately 2 weeks to go there is plenty of time to talk your friends into joining you on this challenge go to www.city2surf.com.au and register join the team Pro Patria Centre and start fundraising and maybe even do some training if you are motivated. Mostly let's make it great fun and support our veterans and first responders.
