Grow-Harvest-Cook-Heal: Horticulture Course @ Pro Patria Centre

As part of Pro Patria Centre’s FRRR funded “Kitchen Garden to Plate” program, Riverina TAFE Institute is offering skill training for veterans and their families.   

Pro Patria Centre has partnered with the Riverina Institute of TAFE to deliver the following Units of Competence on site at Pro Patria Centre.

Units delivered by Kent Rogers on the grounds of the Pro Patria Centre (former Carmelite Monastery) as part of a regeneration project with the Pro Patria Centre. The training will also be open to the wider community, come and learn a life changing skill set.

Statement of Attainment in Horticulture

·    AHCPGD201 Plant trees and shrubs knowledge

·    AHCPGD203 Prune shrubs and small trees

·    AHCPGD202 Prepare and maintain plant displays
